We are professional shippers. We ship many orders the same day! You can trust that your items will arrive safely.
Quick Shipping: In-stock items ship out quickly. We normally ship your order the same day if your order is placed before 11:00 AM (EST). Always call us about time sensitive orders to confirm availability and ship date.
Domestic Shipping Methods: Our web site offers calculated UPS and USPS (Post Office) rates inside the US. If you need an alternate shipping method, please contact us by phone or e-mail with your request. Domestic orders are normally shipped within one business day of payment receipt. Some items take 2-3 days for processing. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive.
UPS or FedEx 3rd Party Billing: To bill your own UPS or FedEx account number, place your order by phone. When using your own account number, you will pay a $2 handling fee per order for UPS, and $5 handling fee per order for FedEx.
International Shipping: Our web site offers calculated USPS (post office) and UPS rates outside the US. International orders are normally shipped within two business days of payment receipt.
Tracking: All packages are tracked and fully insured. We will send an email with tracking information the day that your package ships.
Returns: You may return unused items for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please choose the shipping method that is the most convenient for you and package carefully. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Important: To insure the best possible outcome, please contact us by phone or email before shipping any package back.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us by email or phone. We will make sure you receive the correct items. Hold onto the damaged merchandise and packaging until you speak with us. We will let you know if you should dispose of or return the original order.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed with the original payment method.
Shipping Location: Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in
Fairfield, Ohio; however, some orders will ship from a different
warehouse. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, call or
e-mail us to make sure that it will.
